Ok, it was a lot of eating...
but the day of the BBQ was full of a lot of other things too. First, Keith and the boys had baseball practice. Then it was off to the church to lead the caravan of cars back to the field, while Jody drove the pastor's family to the baseball club. Then it was surviving locking the keys (both sets) in the car. Breaking in by prying the back window, arriving at the field... |

Although we were at the baseball club...
We DID NOT play a bit of baseball, except for frisbee baseball. The adults (and whoever else could edge their way in) played several fierce games of volleyball.

We are not sure who wanted to win more, the adults or the kids. They all loved the big ball. |

Cal was happy to see his friend, the one who went to camp with us this summer. They are missing seeing each other at school this year with Cal being in ECA instead of Spanish school. |
